How do I get my notary supplies?
Commission packets are sent from the Secretary of State after they have received passing test results and your Live Scan fingerprint results from the DOJ and FBI.

In your packet, there is a form called the “Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Public Seals” which looks like this:
Email a scan or photo of your COA to info@npsnotary.com
Then mail the original to:

As an approved vendor we must receive the original to produce your official notary seal.

You can also send a scan of your “Commission Certificate” which has the gold seal and we can issue your bond while we wait for your “Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Public Seals”
We can issue your bond and rush it with a scan or photo of your “Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Public Seals” or your “Commission Certificate.”
