A Loan Document Signing Agent is a Notary with expertise in signing and notarizing loan documents within the real estate community. As a Notary, you are halfway there! You can earn $75 to $200 per signing. Great News! It takes about an hour or less to complete a signing.
This class will teach you to recognize documents in each loan package and give you hands-on, practical experience that is invaluable to new agents. This class will discuss how to handle tricky situations, interact with clients and signers, and how to find business!
