Well, at some point, you’ll need to authenticate a document — a will, a bill of sale, a grant deed, real estate documents, a business agreement, a medical document, or a power of attorney. To notarize these documents, you’ll have to find a notary public by taking time out of your busy day. Plus, there’s no guarantee that a signing agent will be available — this adds to the frustration. Mobile Notary Fee $35.00 (Applied to all services). Extra signatures to be notarized are $15.00 per notary signature.
Loan Signing $200.00
Acknowledgment: $15 per signature
Jurat: $15 per signature
Subscribing Witness: $15 per signature
Deposition: $30 for taking the deposit, $7 for administering Oath, $7 for issuing the certificate
Certified Copy of Powers of Attorney: $15
Any Notarization that has to do with Veterans benefits: $0
Giving an Oath of Office: $0
Notarizations done on voting Material: $0
Consent for minors to travel: $50.00
Consent for a minor child to travel with an Adult, travel fee included. I can provide the travel document if you still need one.
